...because it is going to be on my "recent activity" page forever. And, unlike other sites with recent comments type pages, Vox always shows all the comments since your comment, 79 in my case, so happy scrolling! My comment -- a minor bug that I noticed -- was in January. Someone has commented in the post or added it to their favorites once every few days since then. No you can not delete your comments on other people's posts, I tried that. maybe I can get Vox Design to block me. Seems like they haven't posted to their own blog since January either.
Usually I just skip over the pestier interface design choices I see here -- stuff mostly works and that makes me happy -- but this one is harshing my post-AFD mellow.
i know a bunch of us on the team have this problem (i commented on the original "welcome to vox" post, which was... suboptimal) so we'd definitely be sympathetic to a request to fix it -- have you filed a feedback suggestion on this? that's best way to vote for it to be moved up on the list.

I wrote a note asking about removing my comment because it was making me a little nuts one morning, and I got a nice but ineffectual email.
"At
this time, there isn't a way to remove your comment from someone else's
blog. You can only remove comments from your own blog. We're sorry we
don't have a solution for you in removing that post from your recent
activity."
I guess I could follow-up, but when I worked in tech support I disliked people who followed up to an email that didn't invite a follow-up. I'll give it a bit and approach it from that angle next time.
